Designed and installed everything for the whole subdivision and around the two houses that we built; including topsoil,  soil amendments, rough grading, fine grading,  irrigation systems, hydroseed lawn, hydroseed meadow grasses/wildflowers, and construction pond, rock retaining walls, crushed stone pathway, flag stone patio and sand beach by the pond, fenced around perimeter of property with horse fencing, constructed an area for future vegetable garden, installed area for play ground, and installed trees.
