One of our largest properties to date, we designed and installed everything for the whole subdivision. We added rough grading, topsoil, irrigation systems, and even created a perimeter that included horse fencing and added a playground.

Buxton

The scenic views from this property gave us a chance to use raised vegetable garden boxes, ornamental grasses, shrubs, and trees, all designed to blend in with the beautiful hillside.

Callahan

Working with flagstone, we were able to create natural rock stairs and built a flagtone entertaining area. We then added outdoor accent lights and beautiful perennial beds to enhance the entertaining area.

We took an unsculpted landscape and transformed it into a beautiful property that makes the home stand out on the block. From the initial topsoil installation and drainage system to creating a flagstone pathway and gas fire put, this home has it all!

Working with an existing landscape can pose challenges, but we were able to make this property into a water-wise one that included some upgrades including new weed barrier fabric and colored enhanced decorative wood mulch.

The goal with this property was to create a modern landscape. We started with topsoil and rough graded and added everything in between including a new irrigation system. We then created a compacted crushed stone golf cart pathway and a courtyard garden complete with art work, stone benches.
